This sculpture was installed in Spring 2017, as part of the Art Walk at the Bradford Rail Trail.
A representation of railroad tracks, the sculpture pays homage to the history of this location as a rail bed. The various sized gears seen within the sculpture suggest the city's industrial history, Inside the gears, you will see an “H” for the Haverhill Hillies, 1640 for city's date of incorporation, the bridge, the sturgeon, as well as a shoe —all symbols of the city's history and resources.
